Every partner is assigned a Strategic Account Manager. Your Strategic Account Manager will be your single point of contact throughout your Jirav relationship. The Strategic Account Manager will project manage your onboarding, keep you abreast of product updates, and offer strategy sessions on how to grow your FP&A Advisory practice.

As part of our service delivery, you have access to our professional services team. Our professional services team has deep domain expertise in financial modeling and are experts in Jirav’s software. You can access our team of experts during office hours or one-on-one consultations.

Jirav has developed a series of courses that are hosted weekly to educate users on our software. These courses are offered free as part of our Partner Program and are integral to the onboarding process or can be utilized for training new hires. Additionally, our learning and education team has developed eight firm enablement courses focused on go-to-market strategies to help accelerate your FP&A Advisory growth.

You have full access to our support services and Help Center as part of our service model. Our support team is available to address technical questions related to accounting, workforce, or operational data integration. Additionally, the Help Center provides immediate answers to any questions you may have regarding your reporting and planning needs.
