Plan Tables are where all the key information for scenario plans come together and are enriched with drivers to form the base of a solid forecasting plan. We have updated the experience of Plan Tables in Jirav to make it easier to navigate around, discuss and make edits to the data in collaboration with other stakeholders and clients. Let's see what has changed.
Whether you want to see comments on the table, resize columns, view the table in Full Screen or export the table as a CSV/Excel file, these actions and others are now found by clicking on the three dots next to the table name.
Plan tables are where you will actually see the various assumptions you make while planning come to life using the Drivers you have put in place. You can now easily see Balance Sheet and Allocation drivers used on a table by looking for the Fx symbol on the row. When you click this row, you will see the Driver that was used for the row, at the top of the table.
Sometimes you may want to see the subtotal for a smaller group of cells or the average for a specific range. Simply select the cells and you will see an average, sum, maximum and minimum at the bottom of the table.
We’re continuously improving the Plan functionality and experience in Jirav. Stay tuned for more updates!
